2008 Retiree Benefit Changes

Welcome to the new Cincinnati Bell Retiree Benefits site. There are some important changes coming for 2008. On the bottom of this screen are groups of retirees. Click on the group applicable to you below to see how the changes might affect you. Please check periodically for updates.


Non-Medicare Eligible Retirees

Managers who retired under the Retiree Benefit Options Program (RBOP) on or after 7/1/1989 as well as former bargained employees who retired on or after January 1, 1992 through May 8, 2005. To learn more about Benefits for Retirees not eligible for Medicare, click here.

Medicare Eligible Retirees

Managers who retired under the Retiree Benefit Options Program (RBOP) on or after 7/1/1989 as well as former bargained employees who retired on or after January 1, 1992 through May 8, 2005. To learn more about Benefits for Retirees that are eligible for Medicare (must be age 65 or older), click here.

HCP/MEP Retirees

Medical Expense Plan (MEP) includes all retirees who retired prior to 1/1/1988. Health Care Plan (HCP) retirees include all formerly bargained retirees who retired through 12/31/1991. To learn more about HCP/MEP Retiree Benefits, click here.
