3G Coverage requires a 3G-HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) capable device. Cincinnati Bell's 3G Coverage area is engineered to provide average download speeds between 1-2 Mbps and upload speeds between 500-800 kbps, although actual throughput speeds and service availability/coverage may vary by location. 3G devices not purchased from Cincinnati Bell or an authorized dealer may not work on the Cincinnati Bell network.
The coverage maps shown on this site predicts anticipated wireless coverage area outdoors and may include locations with limited or no coverage. Cincinnati Bell does not guarantee service availability. Factors affecting coverage and service availability include network changes, traffic volume, service outages, technical limitations, signal strength, customer equipment, terrain, structures, foliage, weather and other external conditions. Portions of the mapped areas include networks operated by our roaming partners, and Cincinnati Bell is not responsible for the performance of third-party networks. Your phone will typically display "Cincinnati Bell", "CinBell USA", or "Roam" as a network indicator. The accuracy of your phone's display as an indicator of actual billed charges is not guaranteed. If you select a Cincinnati Bell Wireless voice or unlimited data service plan that includes roaming in areas outside of the Cincinnati Bell Wireless “Local Service Area”, your principal residence must be within the eligible Cincinnati Bell Wireless Local Service Area. Additionally, each Device must maintain a minimum of 30% of your overall wireless voice usage and 80% of all unlimited data usage (as measured on a quarterly basis) on the Cincinnati Bell Wireless Local Service Area. If you fail to maintain this minimum percentage of usage on the Local Service Area during any three-month period, we may suspend service with or without prior notice to you.
