This service is for the personal enjoyment of the individual requesting the call. You agree to provide only a number (wireline or wireless) for which you are authorized to grant permission to receive a prerecorded message from "Santa." By providing such a number, you agree to receive a prerecorded message from Santa to the number provided. You further agree that you are responsible for any airtime charges that may be incurred if you enter a wireless number. You agree not to use this service for any illegal purpose or to harass someone at a number you are not authorized to provide. Cincinnati Bell will log each IP address from which a request is made. Requests for calls made via phone will only be made to the number from which the request originated. You may request no more than two calls to one number per day. Calls from Santa will be made within 30 minutes of a Web or telephone-based request and will be made between 7 am and 9 pm. Calls must be scheduled by 11:59 pm on December 23, 2009. No calls will be delivered after 9 pm on December 24, 2009.

The number on caller ID will appear as 513-565-5280 and, where available, CB - North Pole. The caller ID will allow you to make sure the right person answers the call or gives you the opportunity to send it to a voicemail or an answering machine to be saved and shared throughout the holiday season.
