Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Promotion open to participants who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. All participants and winners agree to abide by Ohio laws/rules governing this contest. “ZoomNews KRZR” promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Cincinnati Bell. Promotion begins on December 12, 2007, at 12:00 PM EDT and ends on December 31, 2007, at 11:59 PM EST. Cincinnati Bell is not responsible for late entries.

How to Enter

To enter on the Web: Open the December edition of ZoomNews email and click on the “ZoomNews KRZR” promotion link. Enter the requested contact information, submit your entry, and you will be automatically entered to win.

To enter by mail: Send a 4x6 postcard to Cincinnati Bell ATTN: “ZoomNews KRZR,” 221 East Fourth Street, 103-1610 Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Include your name, address, and phone number so that Cincinnati Bell can contact you in the event that you are the winner

Duration

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2007. Entries are limited to one per person during the Promotion.

Publicity/Privacy

All entries become the sole property of Cincinnati Bell. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Cincinnati Bell is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. No facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations or forged entries will be accepted. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to Cincinnati Bell’s use of his or her name, voice or likeness without further compensation.

Eligibility

Promotion is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky, who are licensed drivers, and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Cincinnati Bell, their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, sweepstakes and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility to certify that they meet the eligibility requirements.

Random Drawing

One winner will be selected in a random drawing at noon EST on January 3, 2008, from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winner will be contacted by phone on January 3, 2008 between 12:00 and 5:00pm EST. If selected entrant cannot be reached by phone after the third attempt on January 3, 2008, the entrant shall be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected. The winner will be awarded The Grand Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

Prize

One grand prize will be awarded. The Prize will consist of one Motorola KRZR. The Prize has an estimated value of $249.99. Wireless phone must be activated on the Cincinnati Bell Wireless network. Prize does not include service. Prize can be transferred. No cash or other substitution of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value.

Winners

By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, Cincinnati Bell, or any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize. The winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or photographs for publicity for this promotion.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Miscellaneous

If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases, if any, prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Limitation of Liability

Entrants release Cincinnati Bell and any affiliated entity, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) for injuries, damages or losses to persons, including death and property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the prize(s).

Decisions

In the event of a dispute, Cincinnati Bell’s decision will be final and binding. Official rules are subject to modification by Cincinnati Bell at any time before drawing.
