Each month, your automatic payment for the amount due will be withdrawn from the checking account of your choice on the Due Date on your statement. We won't take the payment out early! Your payment is made instantly on the exact date your payment is due. You keep your money in your checking account longer, but know that your payment is always received on time!
We understand how cluttered your email account can become. With that in mind, we won't add to your inbox clutter by sending you emails telling you that your Autopay payment has been made. Instead we offer you the ability to check your account information at your convenience! All account details are available to you online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day within your Cincinnati Bell My Account. Check your statement and payment history when you want, without email to sift through. You can even view or print your account and payment history for the last 90 days.
One of the benefits of Autopay is that your Cincinnati Bell bill is paid exactly on the Due Date on your statement. Your payment is on time each month which means no late fees. For that reason, you can't change the date your payment is made. Rest assured that your Cincinnati Bell bill is paid exactly on time each month.
Autopay alone can't make you completely paperless. While your bill will be paid automatically each month with Autopay, you will still receive your paper Cincinnati Bell bill in the mail each month. If you make changes to your Autopay settings, your changes will take affect for the billing cycle immediately following the current one. For example, if you change bank accounts and you enter your changes in January, your new information will take affect for the February cycle. January will continue to debit your original account and February will debit your new account.

Yes! All account details are available to you online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day within your Cincinnati Bell My Account. Check your statement and payment history whenever you want. In addition, you can view or print your bill summary for 18 months and see up to 90 days of payment history.
Autopay will automatically debit your checking account for the total amount due on your Cincinnati Bell statement. If you feel this amount is in error, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-391-3925.
At this time, Autopay is not available for credit card payments. All Autopay payments are debited to the checking account of your choice via our secure online system.
You can pay all of your Cincinnati Bell telephone bills online using Autopay. Why not combine all of your bills into one convenient bill to use with Autopay? Setting up Combined Billing is simple. Click the My Bills button.
Click the Combine My Bills button located on the menu that appears below it.
Fill out the requested information and your bills will be combined.
The Max Amount is a convenient safeguard for your Autopay account. When you set up Autopay, you will be asked to set the Max Amount to be paid each month on your bill. For instance, if you signed up for our Custom Connections Bundle for $169.98 per month, you could set your Max Amount to $190.00. That way you know that the maximum amount to be withdrawn from your checking account will never exceed $190.00 each month.
Insufficient funds are handled in the same manner of an overdraft for a written check. If you do not have an arrangement with your bank to cover any charges made to your account when you have insufficient funds, you will incur a fee from Cincinnati Bell equal to our overdraft charge.
In addition to the returned check fee, you may incur late charges on your account. You will need to make payment arrangements immediately with a Cincinnati Bell Customer Service representative at 1-888-391-3825 to avoid any other charges or service interruption.
How will the Autopay payment appear on my bank statement?
Your Autopay payment will appear on your bank statement each month. Please note that the example below is a sample only, there may be slight variations in how your payment appears on your statement.

Your Scheduled Payment is the total amount due on your Cincinnati Bell statement. This is the amount that is scheduled to be withdrawn from your checking account on the due date.
If you are using BillPayer 2000 to pay your Cincinnati Bell bills, you certainly want to switch to Autopay! In addition to the convenience, Autopay is FREE while BillPayer 2000 charges $0.30 per month for each transaction.
Switching to Autopay is simple. First, you will need to contact BillPayer 2000 at 1-800-991-7771 and request the removal of the payee to Cincinnati Bell Telephone. They will guide you through the steps necessary to stop using BillPayer 2000 to pay your Cincinnati Bell bills. You can still keep using BillPayer 2000 to pay other accounts if you wish.
Once you have cancelled your BillPayer 2000 payment to Cincinnati Bell, simply sign up for Autopay! That's it!.
Yes. You do have the ability to cancel your Autopay payment all the way up until the Due Date on your bill. However, if you cancel your payment, you are in affect, canceling Autopay. You will need to mail your payment in full to Cincinnati Bell or pay online in order to avoid late charges. You will also need to sign up for Autopay again to reinstate the automatic payment service.
No, if you cancel a payment, you will not receive an email confirmation. You will receive confirmation during the cancellation process. You are welcome and encouraged to print the confirmation page for your records.
