Calling Services: Anywhere Call Forwarding

To use Anywhere Call Forwarding

  1. Call 513.421.7869
  2. When prompted enter your 10 digit home telephone number
  3. When prompted enter your 4 digit password (A temporary password has been assigned to your line to prevent unauthorized use of your Call Forwarding service. Your temporary password is the last four digits of your order number. If you don't know your order number, look at your order history in My Account or call 513-565-2210.)

Main Menu

  1. To activate Anywhere Call Forwarding to any number, press 1
  2. To activate Anywhere Call Forwarding to your preferred number, press 2
  3. To deactivate Anywhere Call Forwarding, press 3
  4. To change your password, press 4
  5. To create or change your preferred Anywhere Call Forwarding number, press 5 (The preferred number option allows you to enter one forward to number, eliminating the need to reenter that number each time you activate the Anywhere Call Forwarding service. Once your preferred number is setup and stored in the system, you can press two from the main menu options to easily forward your calls.)
  6. If finished please hang up, or press 6 now
Recorded messages will assist you in turning the service on or off.
