When will my new telephone number start working after I have changed it with Manage My Wireless?

Your new number will start to work immediately following the change. You will need to turn your device off and back on again for the change to take effect.

Can I pick my new telephone number when I change it?

You will have a choice of 10 numbers to choose from for your new telephone number.

I just reset my voicemail password online. When will it actually be reset?

Your password will be reset to 1111 immediately following the change.

Your new password must contain at least 4 and no more than 15 numbers.
