• Any one who has run a ZoomTown installation CD version 6.0 – 6.7.
• Any one who uses one of these three modems
  Lucent 22AG-X
  Westell 6110
  Westell 2110

Who should NOT run the ZoomTown Diagnostic Utility Upgrade?

• Any one who is using any other modem other than the
  Lucent 22AG-X
  Westell 6110
  Westell 2110
  Note: If you are not using one of these three you should not run this update!
• Any one who has used a ZoomTown installation CD with a version 5.5 or 7.0.
  Note: This ZoomTown diagnostic utility should only be used with installation CD kits 6.0 – 6.7. This version number can be found on the ZoomTown installation CD or on the CD Sleeve.

How do I install the ZoomTown Diagnostic Utility Upgrade?

1. Click here to Download the ZoomTown Diagnostic Utility Update .
2. When prompted to Run or Save, click on Save and specify the location where you would like to Save the file on your computer.
3. After the Download is complete, go to the place where you Saved the file and Double-Click on the file.
4. Follow the instructions to install the ZoomTown Diagnostic Utility.
5. Once installed, an Icon will be placed on your Desktop to run the Utility.
