Step One:

With backboard mounted above a "regulation" wastebasket, take wadded-up old phone bill to the "top of the key" while seated in five-wheeled office chair.

Step Two:

Head fake to the left. Take two "chair steps" toward waste basket.

Step Three:

Firmly plant both feet, pushing away from waste basket while launching high, arching shot over outstretched arms of imaginary 6' 11" defender. (Hint: shots that bank off the backboard have a greater likelihood of hitting their target.)
