New Service Installation/Expectations

To move your existing services simply call (513) 566-5237. A technician visit may be required but the Customer Service agent will advise you of the scheduled install date.

You can also make changes by visiting a Cincinnati Bell Store near you or by chatting with a Live agent on our website.

Can I get the same service at my new location?

Depending on the service you have and your location, a technician may need to install your services for you. Internet service installation time frames vary depending on whether TV service is included, the type of Internet access ordered (e.g. ZoomTown or Fioptics) and layout of your home and existing inside and outside wiring. Upon arrival your Cincinnati Bell service technician will review the details with you. For Internet access, your technician will install a wireless gateway and in some situations an Optical Network Terminal. The technician will also ask you if you would like any other devices connected other than your main computer or tablet.
