In the service name field, type a recognizable phrase to describe the application you are configuring.

From the WAN Interface drop-down menu, select the type of WAN interface you are currently using.

Enter the necessary port numbers from the device's manufacturer.

If you are entering a port range (i.e. 501-509), enter the port number into both the External Port Start field, and enter the final number in the range into the External Port End field.

NOTE: In most cases, the port numbers you enter in the External Port fields and the Internal Port fields will be the same (i.e. if you enter 501 in the External Port Start and 509 into the External Port End fields, you will enter 501 into the Internal Port Start and 509 into the Internal Port End field.)

From the Protocol drop-down menu, select the protocol associated with the port or port range.

In the Server IP Address field, enter the IP address of the device. The device manufacturer will provide the IP address for the device.

Click the Apply button to save your changes.
