Here is a view of what you will start seeing on the My Cincinnati Bell home screen. You can click on the Redeem Points and it will route you to the CB Rewards site with single sign on.

How do I enroll in the CB Rewards program?

Once signed into your My Cincinnati Bell account, you can see your rewards details under Rewards History. Below is an example of that screen. This will show how you have earned points and when they were redeemed and for what items.
