Cincinnati Bell partnered with the American Red Cross and Fox19 NOW to help raise more than $155,000 in relief funds for victims impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, which has displaced thousands of residents in and around Houston and Florida in August and September 2017.

Fundraising began with a telethon following Hurricane Harvey hitting. With the impact of Hurricane Irma shortly after Harvey, Cincinnati Bell and the American Red Cross hosted a second telethon to raise money for the victims in Florida.

Cincinnati Bell hosted its first telethon in the Oak Room on August 28th & 29th following Hurricane Harvey, and the second on the 11th and 12th of September, thanks to the efforts of many employees who volunteered to manage the phones.

Cincinnati Bell also made a $10,000 corporate donation to help relief efforts in Texas.

"This is what Cincinnati Bell is about," Leigh Fox, CEO and President, told Fox19. "To see what the people in Houston are going through – this is the least we can do to help."
