Cincinnati Bell Celebrates Grand Opening of New Flagship Store in Florence

Store features Fioptics services at home and on the go
CINCINNATI, Ohio – In response to growing interest in and availability of its new entertainment services, Cincinnati Bell, the region's leading provider of communications services for homes and businesses, will host a Grand Opening Celebration for its new flagship retail store in Florence on Saturday, Feb.1, from 11 am to 3 pm.
The new store, located at 7688 Mall Road, features an innovative retail design that showcases the company's wide range of products and services with a special focus on its Fioptics entertainment offerings. Visitors to the store will experience premier in-home entertainment through interactive "Fioptics Home Theater" and "Fioptics Home & Play TV" displays. A "Fioptics Learn & Play" demo bar ensures customers get the most out of Fioptics' features, functionality and integration with Cincinnati Bell's array of wireless phones and smart devices. At the Learn & Play demo bar, customers can experience down-load speeds of 100 MB per second.
Customer service representatives will be available to answer customer questions, take orders for service and provide product demonstrations. New Fioptics TV customers who sign up at the Florence store on Feb. 1 will get a free 32-inch LED TV (while supplies last). Customers who visit the store also may enter a drawing to win a 32-inch LED TV each night during the month of February (details are available in store).

The new Florence store is open Monday - Saturday 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday from Noon to 6 pm. Grand Opening celebrations on Feb. 1 include live entertainment as well as food, prizes and TV giveaways.
