Cincinnati Bell Goes Back to the '80s for Fireworks Kickoff

WEBN to Host 80s-themed event August 1 on Fountain Square
CINCINNATI, Ohio – Cincinnati Bell and WEBN will turn back the clock a few decades as they celebrate the official countdown of the Cincinnati Bell/WEBN Fireworks on Friday, August 1 on Fountain Square.
From 9 am to 3 pm patrons are encouraged to come to the Square dressed in their '80s best for free food, giveaways and a chance to appear in the Cincinnati Bell/WEBN Fireworks promotional TV spot. The bigger the hair, the better!
Folks can enter Cincinnati Bell's "Fastest Way to the Fireworks" promotion where one lucky winner and nine guests will live large with a VIP experience at the Fireworks, complete with a police-escorted ride to and from the Fireworks in an 80s-themed limousine, access to a VIP food area and front row seats. The promotion runs from August 1 - 22. Entries will be accepted during the Fountain Square Kickoff event, on www.facebook.com/cincinnatibell, or at any participating Cincinnati Bell retail store beginning August 1.
Visitors to Fountain Square also will have the chance to stop by Cincinnati Bell's new state-of-the-art Fioptics mobile store and interact with Fioptics TV, Internet displays and gaming console or relax in comfortable seating while take advantage of the free wi-fi access point.
